A new clinic is defined as...

A veterinary hospital, opened or purchased within the last 90 days, that is owned and operated by a licensed veterinarian.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. All DermaPet products must be purchased on a single order.
  2. A minimum of five (5) different products in case lots must be purchased. Gallons are equivalent to a case.
  3. The offer will match case for case and gallon for gallon up to 15 cases/gallons.
  4. DermaPet will ship products to new clinic/hospital.
  5. Fax this completed sheet along with a completed order form to 301-365-0191.
